Winter doesn’t have to mean staying indoors – it can also mean snow sports! Rocktown Adventures offers cross-country ski and snowshoe rentals that allow you to venture outdoors to take advantage of the abundance of scenic spots for we have in our area. Sinnissippi and Aldeen Golf Courses maintain groomed ski trails in the city center, Rock Cut State Park has ski and snowshoe trails in the Northeast, and Atwood Park has ski and snowshoe trails in the Southwest. All snow sports rentals for youth (12 and under) are half price, however this discounted rate does not apply for large group rentals or events. Rentals are first come first serve and by reservation, with group reservations available. All reservations require full payment in advance. Payments for reservations are refunded ONLY if weather is the cause for cancellation. Walk-ins are always welcome for snow sports rentals.
